All shortlisted candidates will be fully briefed and are presented to you with full resumes and interview reports.

Our Recruiters will assist with you with arranging interviews with candidates, following up for feedback, negotiating the salary package and Terms of Employment. We will also carry out reference checks at the offering stage to assist you with the hiring decision.

Turnaround Time
Upon receiving job order, our consultants will screen potential candidate profiles against job requirements and present suitable CVs to our Clients for review within 7 days.

Interview Arrangements
EvolutionHR has facilities and representative offices in various locations to enable our Clients to conduct phone interview or Skype video interviews with shortlisted candidates who are currently based overseas.

Overseas Recruitment Fair
For large volume recruitment requirements, EvolutionHR will organize recruitment fair overseas with onsite support in a highly organized manner to ensure smooth logistic arrangements and efficient recruitment process.

Document Collection & Onboarding
Upon receiving job offer, our consultants will collect required documents from successful candidates and assist with background and medical checks for work quota application purpose. Depending on the country and government regulations, our consultants will apply for required visa enabling successfully candidates to entering Macau. We will also work closely with successful candidates for transportation from their country of origin to Macau, airport /ferry pick up, and accommodation arrangements in Macau.

Follow Up
EvolutionHR consultants will stay in touch with our Clients and Candidates after they have reported to duty to ensure critical incidents are dealt with in a professional manner.
