Currently looking for a Local Talent Acquisition in Thailand or Cambodia for a reputed online gaming company.
As a Talent Acquisition, you will be proactively seeking new ways and sourcing methodologies to build talent pipeline, undertake talent pooling networking, headhunting and building new contacts and sourcing options, provide recruitment-related reports and analysis to drive sourcing strategy, campaign strategies and resourcing plans, facilitate the interview and selection process, revise and design induction programs to facilitate successful onboarding for new employees.
Ideal candidate should at least hold a Diploma in Business Administration, Psychology or Human Resources Management, have 4 years of recruiting experience and highly preferably in recruiting all-round positions, familiar with Word and Excel, have good organizational skills and record keeping, able to work independently under minimal supervision and perform effectively with variable workloads and priorities to deliver results within the deadlines. Good command of English.
