Supervisor - Operations

 
Responsibilities:
  Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the operations team.
Monitor and manage inventory for order processing, and coordinate with the IC department to prevent any discrepancies
Deliver excellent and all-rounded customer services
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall performance.
Participate in annual audits and ensure that operations and documents comply with laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Train and mentor BCs to enhance their daily working performance and develop their skills and capabilities.
Assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager 
 
Job Requirment:
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or any related disciplines
3-5 years of working experience in warehouse and distribution management or logistics experience
Experience in customs declaration procedure, food quarantine inspection with IAM and import license application. 
Good team player, strong communication and interpersonal skills, highly organized and able to work independently
Proficient in MS Office application, Chinese and English word processing
Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
