Sous Chef – Korean Cuisine
Our Client, a premier luxury integrated resort in the Philippines, is seeking a dynamic and passionate Sous Chef specializing in Korean Cuisine.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and update authentic Korean menus aligned with business goals.
- Assist in recipe creation, food costing, and inventory management.
- Lead the team in the absence of the Chef de Cuisine.
- Monitor food quality, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Analyze sales data to enhance profitability and guest satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in authentic Korean culinary arts, menu development, and kitchen management, preferably within integrated resorts, luxury hotels, or high-end dining.
- In-depth knowledge of Korean culinary techniques, ingredients, and traditions.
- Strong understanding of food cost control, inventory management, and kitchen operations.
- Creative flair and a proven ability to develop new and exciting dishes.
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Native in Korean, good command of English.
