Manager - Know Your Customer (KYC)

Our client, an international, fast paced online gaming/ BPO group in Philippines is currently looking for a Manager of Know Your Customer (KYC) based in Manila, Philippines.
 
This is a team lead position, you will manage the KYC team, oversee all services performance provided by the team to customers. You will drive the KYC function of the group, ensure the KYC function is able to fulfill the objective of providing certain level of assurance to stakeholders in accordance to the KYC policies, procedures, regulatory and company best practices, as well as meeting the customers' requirements. 
 
The ideal candidate for this position should be a Bachelor Degree Holder in Business, or related field, with at least 5 years proven experience in leading teams within a KYC/AML or similar function. Demonstrated sound knowledge of KYC/AML concepts and Best Practices. With experience and Knowledge of gaming/online gaming concepts is preferred. Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent interpersonal relations and communication skills, fluent in spoken and written English.
