IT & Technical Support Specialist
Our client, a global gaming product and technology provider, is looking for an IT & Technical Support Specialist based in the Philippines.
As an IT & Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical support to gaming customers for both hardware software issues. Install and deploy the company’s gaming products at customer locations. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems efficiently. You will act as the brand ambassador for the company, manage expectations of both internal and external stakeholders. Ensuring that gaming customers have a seamless experience with the company's products.
The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years’ relevant experience in IT systems or business application support and customer support, with strong technical knowledge of gaming hardware and software. Strong technical experience in Server/PC assembling or setup. This includes SQL server and Windows OS. Ability to set up network. Knowledge of Linus OS is an advantage. Understanding of virtualization, Docker Containers and AI. Good troubleshooting, analyzing, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships with colleagues and customers at all levels.
