International Marketing Manager
Our client, a well-established luxury integrated casino resorts in the Philippines, is seeking a dynamic International Marketing Manager for the premium/ VIP player acquisition and retention in the Taiwan market. This high-impact role drives revenue and brand presence among high-net-worth individuals.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and manage a pipeline of premium players via networks, referrals, and campaigns.
- Design tailored offers and experiences to boost loyalty and repeat visits.
- Host roadshows and exclusive events across Taiwan and the Philippines.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to elevate player experiences.
- Maintain strong casino floor presence to deepen relationships and upsell.
- Meet/exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Deliver insights through regular reporting and market analysis.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in international marketing, premium customer acquisition, or high-end sales, preferably within integrated resorts, hospitality, VIP gaming, or luxury retail sectors.
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English; Taiwanese cultural fluency preferred.
- Strong network within Taiwan’s high-net-worth circles.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and player data, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to host players and attend events when necessary.
