ICT Operation Manager

職務內容：
基於合同要求及客戶運維需求，整合資源並組織服務交付
負責客戶溝通與定期匯報，維護客戶滿意度，挖掘續約商機
編寫及更新運維程序與技術文件，組織內部培訓
負責重大活動、節假日或突發事件的應急保障工作
 
職位要求：
大學本科或以上學歷，主修計算機、通信等相關專業
具備ICT或IT領域運維或項目管理經驗
具備優秀的溝通表達能力，能獨立撰寫方案並向客戶匯報
精通網絡架構設計與故障排查技術
