HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Our client, a world-renowned luxury gaming and hospitality club in London, is seeking a dynamic and proficient HR Manager to oversee all aspects of the Human Resources Operations. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee development, performance management, compliance, and offboarding.
Uphold full compliance with UK employment legislation and internal HR policies, ensuring consistent and lawful practices.
Collaborate with leadership to design and implement effective employee engagement and retention strategies.
Deliver strategic HR insights, analytics, and performance reports to senior management to inform business decisions.
 
The ideal candidate should be a strategic, discreet, and adaptable HR professional capable of thriving in a high-end, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate:
 
8-10 years of progressive experience in a generalist HR role with a strong preference for backgrounds in casino, gaming, or luxury hospitality sectors.
Possesses in-depth expertise in UK employment law and well-established HR best practices.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, solve complex problems, and maintain discretion in sensitive matters.
Fluency in both English and Chinese is essential.
