HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Our client, a world-renowned luxury gaming and hospitality club in London, is seeking a dynamic and proficient HR Manager to oversee all aspects of the Human Resources Operations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee development, performance management, compliance, and offboarding.
  • Uphold full compliance with UK employment legislation and internal HR policies, ensuring consistent and lawful practices.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design and implement effective employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Deliver strategic HR insights, analytics, and performance reports to senior management to inform business decisions.

 

The ideal candidate should be a strategic, discreet, and adaptable HR professional capable of thriving in a high-end, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate:

 

  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in a generalist HR role with a strong preference for backgrounds in casino, gaming, or luxury hospitality sectors.
  • Possesses in-depth expertise in UK employment law and well-established HR best practices.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, solve complex problems, and maintain discretion in sensitive matters.
  • Fluency in both English and Chinese is essential.
