HR Senior Officer / Supervisor (C&B)

Looking for HR Senior Officer / HR Supervisor for one of the leading BPO company based in Makati, Philippines.
 
Responsibilities:
- Implement end-to-end process of compensation and benefits programs and administration including salary review, vendors, reports, claims, reward scheme development, etc
- Support decision making and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness of overall compensation, contribute to attract and retain key talents.
- Disseminate response to inquiries on new/updated C&B information and programs timely and effectively through different communication channels in order to keep employees updates and address raised concerns.
- Assist and participate in C&B projects assigned.

Requirement:
- 2 years of working experience in HR C&B sector
- Advance knowledge in Workday System & MS Office
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Able to work within a team
- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese (Mandarin) and English
- Willing to relocate to Makati, Philippines
