Head of Operations- Integrated Resort, South Korea

A large integrated resort in South Korea is currently looking for an experienced hospitality professional who is capable of managing the overall integrated resort operations and development. 
 
In this position as a Head of Operations, you will act as a strategic leader of the integrated resort. You will manage the overall integrated resort operations, included hotel, retail, food and beverage, entertainment and convention. You will be responsible for asset management, cost control, yield management, department SOP and personal management. You will plan and develop strategies that deliver products and services; ensure the overall integrated resort operations meet the highest services standard and customer needs. You will ensure the staff performance compliance in full standard spectrum, and to ensure a smooth operation, communication and co-operation between departments. 
 
The ideal candidate for this role should posses integrated resorts development and operation management background. Ideally, the successful candidate should have experienced in managing a medium to large scale luxury leisure complex resort in a regional location and understand the supply logistics and staffing. Moreover, you must have excellent communication skills,  good command in both English and Chinese.
