Guest Services Supervisor (Chinese speaking)

Our client, a premier integrated resort in Manila, is seeking a Guest Services Supervisor to lead their dedicated support station for Chinese guests.

 

You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Chinese Guest Services team to deliver exceptional guest services especially to the Chinese speaking visitors.

 

Key requirements:

 

  • Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
  • Proven guest services, and team lead experience in the hospitality field.
  • Strong understanding of Chinese culture and guest service expectations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
