Guest Services Specialist (Chinese speaking)

You will be responsible for serving as a primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking visitors at the integrated resort, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.

 

Key requirements:

 

  • Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
  • Previous experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of Chinese culture and service expectations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
