Guest Services Specialist (Chinese speaking)
You will be responsible for serving as a primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking visitors at the integrated resort, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience.
Key requirements:
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
- Previous experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of Chinese culture and service expectations.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
