F&B Team Leader

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests and provide prompt courteous Food & Beverage service in line
  • Engage with guests, anticipate their needs and personalize interactions to enhance satisfaction
  • Warmly welcome guests with clear and articulate communication
  • Ensure accuracy of guest orders from start to finish
  • Assist in serving food and beverages while maintaining guest engagement
  • Handle guest inquiries and direct them to the relevant department
  • Be knowledgeable about all hotel services and facilities
     

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year in a 4–5 star hotel restaurant preferred
  • Familiarity with restaurant service procedures are advantage
  • Working proficiency in English; Mandarin/Cantonese is a must
  • Strong social skills, ability to perform well under pressure, willing to work overnight shift
  • Customer service-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well-groomed, confident, friendly, and polite with high hygiene standards
