F&B Team Leader
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide prompt courteous Food & Beverage service in line
- Engage with guests, anticipate their needs and personalize interactions to enhance satisfaction
- Warmly welcome guests with clear and articulate communication
- Ensure accuracy of guest orders from start to finish
- Assist in serving food and beverages while maintaining guest engagement
- Handle guest inquiries and direct them to the relevant department
- Be knowledgeable about all hotel services and facilities
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year in a 4–5 star hotel restaurant preferred
- Familiarity with restaurant service procedures are advantage
- Working proficiency in English; Mandarin/Cantonese is a must
- Strong social skills, ability to perform well under pressure, willing to work overnight shift
- Customer service-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Well-groomed, confident, friendly, and polite with high hygiene standards
