Executive Sous Chef
Our client is a complex of hotels, casinos, malls, and entertainment venues in Manila, Philippines. Experience luxury dining, shopping, gaming, and entertainment area, currently looking for Executive Sous Chef who is a pivotal leadership role within the Culinary Department:
Job Requirement:
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive culinary experience in large-scale, high-volume, luxury hotel or integrated resort environments
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a management role within a multi-outlet establishment of comparable size and complexity
- Extensive experience across various kitchen sections including hot kitchen, cold kitchen, banqueting, and potentially specialized cuisines
- Demonstrable experience in menu engineering, recipe development, and cost management
- Experience with international cuisines and high-end dining is highly preferred
