Our client is a complex of hotels, casinos, malls, and entertainment venues in Manila, Philippines. Experience luxury dining, shopping, gaming, and entertainment area, currently looking for Executive Pastry Chef leader responsible for overseeing all aspects of pastry and bakery production:

 

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in high-volume, luxury hotel or integrated resort pastry kitchens
  •  Demonstrable experience in menu development, recipe creation, and cost management
  • Proven experience managing a large team across multiple outlets
  • Drive innovation, maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene, lead a large and diverse team, and contribute significantly to the overall guest experience through exceptional pastry offerings
