Country Manager, Macau

A global logistics service company is looking for a Country Manager in Macau.
 
You will be reporting to the Regional Managing Director in Hong Kong. You will initiate a strategic business plan and sales strategies for overall business, operations and future revenue growth for Macau business. This role will see your responsibilities in both internal operations set up and management, and external business development, sales and client services.
 
The ideal candidate in this role must process a strong business acumen with good financial sense. With relevant experience in operations management and business development in logistics/ transportation industry or multinational companies.  Strong leadership skills in driving business performance. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Customer oriented with strong negotiation and influencing skills. Good attention to detail, complement by a well- developed relationship building and business development skills.
