Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Our client, a legendary and licensed private members’ club casino in London, is seeking a strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead all operational aspects of this iconic brand. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a high-profile institution known for its discretion, excellence, and ultra-luxury service.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Hold full P&L responsibility, driving revenue and optimizing costs while upholding supreme quality.
Oversee daily operations with precision, exceeding expectations of ultra-high-net-worth clientele.
Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements.
Guarantee absolute adherence to all regulatory and licensing requirements.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team, cultivating a culture of excellence and discretion.
 
The Ideal Candidate:
 
Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
Proven track record as a COO or senior operational leader in high-end casino operations.
Demonstrable success operating within a strict regulatory framework.
Strong financial acumen with proven P&L management experience.
Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is essential.
Strategic thinker with meticulous attention to detail and a hands-on leadership style.
Unimpeachable integrity, sound judgement, and a deep understanding of confidentiality.
