VIP Services Director, Gaming
Our client, a prestigious licensed gaming group in the Philippines, is seeking an exceptional VIP Services Director to lead their high-net-worth (HNW) client engagement strategy across online and offline gaming operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the VIP Services team to deliver hyper-personalized engagement for elite guests.
- Develop VIP guest-tiering frameworks and tailored retention strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate service standards.
- Organize high-impact VIP experiences that drive loyalty and maximize lifetime value.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of management experience in Casino VIP services, with a proven ability to grow elite accounts.
- Hands-on leadership with strong attention to detail.
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration and service performance improvement.
- Fluent in CRM tools and English.
