Our client, a prestigious licensed gaming group in the Philippines, is seeking an exceptional VIP Services Director to lead their high-net-worth (HNW) client engagement strategy across online and offline gaming operations.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Lead the VIP Services team to deliver hyper-personalized engagement for elite guests.
Develop VIP guest-tiering frameworks and tailored retention strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate service standards.
Organize high-impact VIP experiences that drive loyalty and maximize lifetime value.
 
Requirements:
 
5–10 years of management experience in Casino VIP services, with a proven ability to grow elite accounts.
Hands-on leadership with strong attention to detail.
Experienced in cross-functional collaboration and service performance improvement.
Fluent in CRM tools and English.
