VIP Service – Shift Manager/Assistant Manager/ Executive
A well-known Casino Entertainment group in Asia is looking for Shift Manager to ensure VIP guest service standard are delivered and monitor financial statement of department.
As Shift Manager Position, you are mainly responsible for managing and implementing the VIP guest service standard are achieved, you will manage daily operation in Butler service, transportation service, hotel and gaming department of VIP Service Department to ensure departments are delivering excellent service. For employees’ aspect, you need to select and recruit appropriate employees, organizes employees’ work plan and evaluate employees’ performance. Analyze the annual budget and cost control of department.
The ideal candidates for this Shift Manager position should have relevant working experience in VIP Service/Hospitality industry with 1 year managerial level. Has strong knowledge and understand of customer service skills and casino operation environments. Good command of English and Chinese is necessary; ability to communicate in South East Asian language is advantage.
