Technical Manager

One of the largest property management groups in Macau is looking for an experienced Technical Manager.
 
In this role, you will manage the operations of the technical team, review preventive maintenance, schedule and monitor process of projects, ensure the regulations are met, and annual budget is managed and monitored for the financial control. Arrange and monitor for the maintenance and improvement works. Provide technical expertise and recommendation on improvement to the company.
 
The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 8 - 10 years' experience working in Property Management with relevant professional qualifications or licenses such as MHKIE/ MHKIA. Have technical expertise on residential, mall and commercial properties. A strong team player with strong team and people management skills. Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English.
