SVP of Hotel Resort Management, South Korea
A world-class integrated resort in South Korea is seeking a visionary Senior Vice President of Hotel & Resort Operations to lead the end-to-end management and strategic development of its hospitality divisions.
In this role, you will serve as the strategic leader overseeing all aspects of the integrated resort, including hotel, retail, F&B, entertainment, and convention operations. Your mission will be to drive excellence in guest experiences, operational efficiency, and profitability while ensuring seamless collaboration across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide executive leadership across hotel, food & beverage, retail, entertainment, and convention operations.
- Oversee financial and operational performance, including asset management, cost control, and yield optimization.
- Establish and implement SOPs and performance standards across departments to ensure excellence in service delivery.
- Develop long-term strategies that elevate guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth daily operations and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in integrated resort development and operations management, preferably in luxury, large-scale leisure complexes.
- Proven ability to manage multi-functional teams and complex operating structures.
- Strong expertise in asset management, cost control, and hospitality logistics.
- Exceptional strategic planning, financial acumen, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of supply logistics, manpower planning, and regional hospitality dynamics.
- Outstanding communication and leadership abilities, with fluency in English and Chinese (mandatory).
