Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager
Our client, a famous brand for footwear, is currently looking for Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager based in Macau.
As Store Manager, you will be leading and coaching the store team to achieve sales targets, creating an outstanding service culture, recruiting and training new associates, setting goals for each members and measuring performance. Executing and adjusting business plan to achieve company’s goal, and identifying sales by data analysis and report. Maintaining loyal customer base through Customer Relationship Management and ensuring the highest quality of customer profile capture. Scheduling the roster, controlling expenses, managing store inventory and handling administrative work.
The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of relevant experiences in which 4 years are at management level in retail industry. Being energetic, self-motivated and independent; having strong skills in leadership, customer servicing, problems solving, decision making and business planning, as well as proficient in MS Office and word processing in Chinese. Acknowledgement of good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin). Candidates with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Store Manager.
