    Job description:

    • Monitor the operations of kitchen.
    • According to the recipes for preparing the foods and showpieces.
    • Ensure overall situations are correct, including clean, safe and sanitary environment.
    • Maintain high quality of dishes and minimize food costs.
    • Assist to train and lead the kitchen staff.



    • Recognized professional culinary qualifications.
    • Relevant kitchen working experience in a 5-star international hotel, with hands-on working experience as a Sous Chef.
    • Professional, with strong passion for culinary excellence.
