Services Executive

A global technology company providing supply chain management solution to corporate is currently looking for a Services Executive.

 

Responsibilities:

- Provide support and solution to customers by phone.

- Install application onsite and provide user training to customers.

- Collect users’ requirements and keep track of business processes.

- Perform system testing to ensure system qualification before put on market.

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree Holder, preferably in supply chain management, computer science or related fields.

- 1-2 year experience in B2B business, customer service, IT support, or call center.

- Excellent telephone skills, communication skills, organization skills, management skills and training skills.

- Independent, high-efficient, self- motivated and customer-oriented.

- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
