Senior Property Manager / Manager

Job Responsibilities:
Support the Director in improving the department’s overall competency and performance
Lead a team in ensuring proper management and maintenance of properties for lease
Support the executives in managing tenants’ concerns and resolve issues timely
Review quality of work of contractors, negotiate and manage renewal of contracts
Review structure, processes and policies, set standards and best practices for the department
 
Job Requirements:
Minimum 6-8 years in managerial level or relevant experience in property and/or corporate leasing business
Good interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate with colleagues and people at all levels
Familiarity with Macau landlord / tenancy law and leasing procedures will be a distinct advantage;
Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
