Senior Property Manager / Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Director in improving the department’s overall competency and performance
- Lead a team in ensuring proper management and maintenance of properties for lease
- Support the executives in managing tenants’ concerns and resolve issues timely
- Review quality of work of contractors, negotiate and manage renewal of contracts
- Review structure, processes and policies, set standards and best practices for the department
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 6-8 years in managerial level or relevant experience in property and/or corporate leasing business
- Good interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate with colleagues and people at all levels
- Familiarity with Macau landlord / tenancy law and leasing procedures will be a distinct advantage;
- Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese
