Senior Marketing Manager (Based in Manila)

Our client, an international, fast paced online gaming/ BPO group in Philippines is currently looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Manager based in Manila, Philippines.
 
This is a team lead position, you will manage the marketing team, oversee and manage the market development of the assigned brand(s) in South East Asia.  You will develop business plans and strategies to target acquisition, retention, channel promotions, etc. You will lead in different marketing projects, work closely with internal and external parties to ensure the smooth work processes and to achieve the marketing/ business goals.
 
The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 5 - 8 years or above relevant  marketing management experience. You should have digital marketing and e-commerce related experience. Experience in online gaming would be an advantage. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, good command of spoken and written in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
