Senior Marketing Manager

A leading high-end industrial construction and EPC project contracting company, specializing in complex, high-tech facilities across semiconductors, biomedical, new energy, and advanced manufacturing sectors, is currently looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead business development and brand expansion based in Singapore.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
Conduct in-depth market analysis in Singapore and the broader region, identify business opportunities, and support strategic planning for market entry and growth. 
Develop local marketing channels and resource networks, maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. 
Drive customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Plan and execute brand marketing initiatives, including PR events, exhibitions, and industry engagements. Enhance brand visibility and reputation within targeted high-tech industrial sectors.
Oversee project operation management within the region.
Coordinate internal resources across functions to ensure successful project delivery.
 
Requirements:
 
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or related fields.
Strong background in construction management or EPC project environments is highly preferred.
8–10 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, business development, or project management, ideally in industrial construction, engineering, or related high-tech sectors.
Familiarity with the Singapore market is essential; candidates with cross-cultural work experience (Singapore + China) are strongly preferred. 
Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
