Senior Manager/ Director/ Vice President of Business development, Asia
Our Client, a European Luxury Casino Resort currently looking for experienced Business Development/ VIP Sales experts to extend their international business in Asia. The position will be base in Macau/Hong Kong/ Singapore.
In this role you will be responsible for develop business in the Asia Market, you will manage sales growth thorough customer acquisition. Identify potential clients and leads in the market, develop an intimate and strong relationships with business clients and parents in order to develop new business pipelines. Analyze and evaluate market trends, establish business development strategies and sales plans to achieve annual targets, provide and promote sales proposal to clients. Attend in all aspects of related events and marketing activities, including conference, exhibition and trade shows in order to enhance the company branding.
The ideal candidate for this position should have relevant B2C international sales experiences in the field of leisure / gaming/ hospitality preferred. Excellent in presentation, interpersonal and communication skills. Proficient in both verbal and written English and Chinese is required. Having understanding of reward programs is well preferable.
