Senior Business and Operations Consultant, Real Estate
A privately held real estate investment, development and management company headquarter in Macau, with business operations in Macau, China, Hong Kong and Australia is currently looking for a Senior Business and Operations Consultant based in Macau, on a contract basis.
As a Senior Business and Operations Consultant, you will work closely with the CEO, provide strategic advices on both operations and business to grow and expand the company business. Your responsibilities will include:
- Review and implement existing systems, policies, and procedures necessary for the company to function effectively, professionally and to be able to grow.
- Develop strategic plan on sales and business development to increase profitability by meeting business goals.
- Uplifting the operational performance and driving continuous improvement.
- Provide advice on HR recruitment, training and other HR related issues.
- Advice to the CEO on any business and operation related issues that need to be resolved.
This is a demanding and challenging contract basis position based in Macau, the ideal candidate should have over 20 years of extensive proven success as a senior leader with an outstanding track record in the real estate business in Hong Kong/ Macau/ China/ Australia. You should have commercial acumen and experience managing business and operations. Your analytical and problem solving skills, your verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal advocacy and negotiations skills will be exceptional. Fluent in spoken and written in both Chinese and English is required.
