Senior Account Executive - Customer Service, Sales Support

Job description:

 

  • Provide administrative support to sales team.

  • Monitor customers account and follow up products feedback from customers.

  • Coordinate correspondence between customers and sales team.

  • Assist proposal and contract development.

  • Making price quotation and provide products’ information to clients.

  • Monitor Sales order status

  • Review and following up exist and pending sale’s order.

  • General account payable & receivable.

  • Update Stock Inventory Report, Office Invoice Report & Petty Cash Report.

  • Monitor customer accounts and provide analytical data to sales team.

  • Shipment coordination for sales order


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree holder.

  • Understanding and at least have 3 year experience related of business to business/ corporate sales.

  • Ability to work independently and autonomously.

  • Fluent in spoken and written in Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin) and English.

  • Familiar with MS office.
