Sales Manager, Energy Technology

A global leader in energy-saving and clean technology solutions is expanding its overseas sales team and seeks experienced Sales Managers based in its Europe office in Italy.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and deepen relationships with existing overseas clients across Europe.
Actively develop new customers and secure supplier qualification status with key accounts.
Support in bid preparation, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
Develop and execute strategic plans for new business development and channel expansion.
Organize and host client visits to company facilities.
Identify and establish partnerships with local agents, distributors, and strategic allies.
Achieve sales targets and strategic growth objectives.
 
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Science, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience in mechanical equipment, preferably within heat exchangers, refrigeration, hydrogen energy, or similar.
Background in power, oil & gas, petrochemical, or related industries is a plus.
Experience working with EPC contractors or channel partners in the European market is preferred.
Strong management skills and proven ability to develop and lead customer relationships.
Excellent command of English; additional European languages are an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office and confident in delivering technical presentations.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a cross-cultural environment.
