Sales Manager

A leading precision measuring instrument manufacturer is currently hiring a Sales professional to drive growth across the Taiwan market.
 
Key responsibilities:
 
Promote and sell precision measuring instruments, including CMM, vision measuring machines, length gauges, and contour measuring instruments, and related solutions.
Develop end customers and new distributors across Taiwan, and maintain strong cooperative relationships with existing distributors.
Own sales performance for the entire Taiwan market, including revenue contributed by current distributors.
Develop and execute sales plans in line with overall corporate objectives, and drive account performance.
Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and commercial negotiations; prepare quotations and follow through on orders.
Collect industry information, monitor market conditions and competitor dynamics, and identify opportunities to inform sales strategy.
Travel across Taiwan as required.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the company.
 
Requirements:
 
Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of relevant sales experience in precision measurement instruments and/or the bearing industry.
Proven sales experience with CMM, vision measuring machines, length gauges, and/or contour measuring instruments (bearing-industry sales experience also considered).
Strong market insight, technical sales ability, negotiation skills, and customer / distributor relationship management.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese is required. English is an added advantage.
