Sales Director, Automotive

Our client, an automotive dealership in Spain is seeking a dynamic and well-connected Sales Director to build and lead the team from the ground up.
 
As the Sales Director, you will report directly to the President, and you will be entrusted with developing and executing the commercial strategy for the company’s range of commercial vehicles (Vans and Pickups). You will act as the professional face of the company in the market, play a pivotal role in acquiring key clients, and you will build a high-performing sales team.
 
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales leader with deep industry ties and a proven track record in automotive sales, specifically within the commercial vehicle segment.
 
Requirements:
 
5+ years in automotive sales, with 3+ years managing a commercial vehicle sales team.
Established network in Spain’s commercial vehicle sector.
Background working with or for an automotive dealership is highly advantageous.
Demonstrable history of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Professional proficiency in Spanish; fluency in Chinese is a strong plus.
