Sales Director

A prominent alcoholic beverage brand is seeking an experienced and strategic Sales Director in Thailand. This is a key position responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing and sales strategy to drive growth and market penetration. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the local market and a proven track record in the alcoholic beverage industry in Thailand.
 
Key responsibilities:
Develop the company's marketing strategic plan in line with overall corporate objectives, formulate corresponding sales strategies, and organize their implementation.
Expand direct supply and retail channels, establishing and maintaining strong cooperative relationships with distributors and retailers.
Build and manage the sales team, providing necessary training and professional guidance, following up on target execution, and improving overall sales performance.
Organize business and sales negotiations, review and execute sales contracts.
Collect industry information, monitor market conditions and competitor dynamics, and identify market trends to inform strategy.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the company.
 
Requirements:
 
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
8+ years of sales experience preferably in the alcoholic beverage industry or FMCG in Thailand.
Possess good knowledge of alcoholic beverage products and be familiar with Thailand's marketing operation model.
Excellent market insight, information analysis, marketing, and negotiation skills. 
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate across teams.
Proficiency in English and Thai is required. Fluency in Chinese is an added advantage.
