Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager - western cuisine
Looking for Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager, western dining, Macau.
- 8 -10 years of relevant western fine dining restaurant operations experience.
- Management experience in 5- star hotels and/ or Michelin starred / Forbes starred and/ or any world class awarded fine dining restaurants is preferred.
- Good product knowledge of western cuisine (Italian/ Portuguese/ French), wine and beverage.
- Good at operations management, people management, finance and reporting.
- Good command of both English and Chinese are required, besides, conversational in other languages (Italian, Portuguese, etc.) will be an advantage.
