A well-known Western style cafe in Taipa Macau is currently looking for Restaurant Manager.



  • Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations
  • Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
  • Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
  • Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
  • Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
  • Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices


Ideal candidate should at least hold a High School Diploma, preferably with specialization in hospitality/restaurant management, with cafe/western restaurant management experience or at least 3 years in supervisory role, familiar with high-quality F&B service and improve SOP for service standard and complaint handling. Good command in Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English.
