Project Manager
My client is looking for Project Manager which is a technology solutions company that specializes in providing innovative services across various sectors The company focuses on delivering customized software development, IT consulting, and cloud computing solutions:
Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of large and complex system solutions using Agile Project Management principles.
▪ Managing risks, issues, and changes to project plans.
▪ Acting as a single point of escalation for team members to resolve issues.
▪ Facilitating stakeholder communications, including meetings (daily standups,
weekly updates), status updates, and progress reports.
▪ Conducting retrospectives and documenting learnings and improvement plans.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives by ensuring best practices, tools, and
methodologies are implemented across the organization.
▪ Engaging and motivating team members to ensure meaningful contributions.
▪ Removing roadblocks and resolving conflicts within the team.
Job Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in project delivery and program support, particularly in Shared Services, E-Commerce, or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).
• PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification (preferred).
• Proven experience overseeing multi-functional project teams with at least 10 team members, including Developers, Business Analysts, and QA personnel.
• Proficiency with project management and software testing tools (e.g., JIRA, Microsoft Project).
