Project Director

Job Responsibilities:
Lead project planning, execution, and closure phases.
Establish project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Build and manage a high-performing project team, including engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
Develop and manage project budgets and financial forecasts.
Allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
Communicate project status, risks, and changes to stakeholders effectively.
Analyze project performance and implement lessons learned for future projects.
 
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 
Minimum 10 years of experience in project management with focus on real estate development, construction, at least 5 years in a leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes and engineering principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
