Product Manager – Liquid Cooling Server Cabinet

Our client is a global leader in precision manufacturing and advanced engineering solutions for data centers and AI infrastructure, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to lead liquid cooling server cabinet development.
 
Key responsibilities:
 
Design and optimize ORv3 liquid cooling systems, including cabinet, manifold, CDU, PDU, and busbar layout.
Perform FEA simulations (static/dynamic) to validate structural integrity.
Collaborate with suppliers on manifold/CDU/PDU integration and fluid path design.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cooling, power, and server modules.
Support mass production, cost control, and supplier coordination.
 
Qualifications:
 
Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields; Master's/Ph.D. preferred.
Over 5 years of experience in liquid-cooled server rack or data center thermal system design; preference for experience with Blackwell NVL72 architecture or similar high-performance liquid-cooled projects.
Proficient in 3D modeling tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA); skilled in using FEA analysis tools (e.g., ANSYS Mechanical, ABAQUS).
Familiar with North American UL 60950-1, UL 1950, and ETL certification processes; knowledgeable about EIA-310-E design standards.
Familiar with common rack processing techniques.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
