Product Manager – Liquid Cooling Plate for AI Server

Our client is a globally recognized leader in precision manufacturing. It is at the forefront of innovation in high-performance computing thermal management solutions, particularly in liquid cooling for AI servers. Currently seeking an experienced and technically driven Product Manager to lead the design and delivery of liquid cooling plates for AI servers, supporting cutting-edge platforms like NVIDIA GB300. You will bridge customer needs and internal R&D, driving technical innovation and client success.
 
Key responsibilities:
 
Analyze customer requirements (thermal power, PUE, space, reliability) and co-develop liquid cooling solutions (cold plates, manifolds, sealing).
Oversee testing: thermal, pressure, leak, and reliability.
Track industry trends and contribute to innovative cooling technologies.
Serve as the primary technical interface with clients, leading discussions and resolving issues.
 
The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in thermal management, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to interface directly with clients in the U.S. and beyond.
 
Qualifications:
 
Bachelor’s or higher in Mechanical, Thermal, or Refrigeration Engineering.
Strong foundation in heat transfer, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
3+ years in data center or AI server cooling systems, with at least one successful project in the past 3 years.
Familiar with data center standards and liquid-cooled server designs.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Fluent in spoken and written English.
