Payment & Account Services Specialist (Service Quality)

One of the world’s largest online betting company is currently looking for Payment & Account Services Specialist (Service Quality) based in Makati, Philippines.

You will be responsible to perform audit checks and assessment on Payment Service Officer handlings and transactions, provide suggestion in process improvement projects and deliveries, review training exams before giving to trainees for Payment Service Officers, administer, train, coach, support and report on daily tasks, workforce scheduling and performance of officers.

Ideal candidate should at least hold a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate; excellent verbal and communication Skills; willing to work on shift; good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin).
