Parfume - Sales Associate / Senior Associate

An exclusive boutique specializing in luxury fragrances in Macau is currently on the lookout for a dynamic and charismatic Fragrance Specialist to join their team.
 
As a Fragrance Specialist, you will be the face of the boutique, responsible for creating memorable and immersive experiences for customers. Your role will involve guiding customers through a sensorial journey, helping them discover the perfect fragrance that suits their personality and style. You'll leverage your passion for perfumery to provide expert advice, share the story behind each scent, and build lasting relationships with clientele.
 
In addition to assisting customers, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring the boutique is always inviting and reflects the brand's luxury identity. You'll also actively contribute to sales targets through your genuine enthusiasm for the products and your ability to connect with customers on a personal level.
 
The ideal candidate for this position will possess a deep appreciation for fragrance and luxury retail, coupled with a natural flair for sales and customer service.
Previous experience in a similar role, particularly within the beauty or luxury industry, is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, a polished appearance, and fluency in
Mandarin and  Cantonese are essential.
