Operational Manager, Interactive

Our Client is a software development support company. Currently, this fast paced, high-growth entrepreneurial organization is looking for an Operational manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business in Asia. The position will be based in Hong Kong and requires business trips in Asia.

 

In the role of Operational Manager, you will assist the CEO in all aspects. You will need to identify, shortlist and negotiate contracts with vendors for handling office infrastructure. Working closely with the Sales Team, Account management, HR and Engineering to articulate and to solve problems. High sense of market trend, competitors and customers. Able to build intimate working relationships with customers and partners and always evaluate the product and competition for its market fit and strategies.

 

To be success in this role, you will need to have hands on at least 5 years of experiences in IT industry, especially managing large client facing teams in the online gambling industry from both B2B and B2C companies and 2 years of proven experiences in product management role. You should have In-depth knowledge of commonly-used development concepts, latest industry trends, technologies and techniques, methodologies and practices. Since the position requires constant communication with customers and internal business partners, ergo strong verbal and written communication skills, in both Chinese and English is required.
