Online Payment Supervisor

Crypto Payment Supervisor
Oversee daily payment operations, ensuring accurate execution and compliance with policies. Support process optimization and team management under the payment manager.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Payment Specialists, ensuring error-free transaction processing.
Assist in developing/optimizing payment workflows and strategies.
Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with regulations and company policies.
Resolve technical/operational payment issues promptly.
Train new hires for rapid onboarding.
Manage resource allocation for team efficiency.
Implement security measures, risk assessments, and contingency plans.
Maintain team morale and resolve internal conflicts.
Requirements:
3+ years in fund management/security.
Familiarity with crypto payment processes and regulations.
Strong leadership, teamwork, and analytical/problem-solving skills.
Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese is required
