Crypto Payment Manager
Lead payment operations, ensuring efficient and secure crypto payment processes. Manage team performance, optimize workflows, and ensure compliance with regulations.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Design/optimize secure payment processes aligned with industry standards.
Monitor system performance, resolve payment issues promptly.
Train and mentor team members to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate cross-departmentally for seamless operations.
Implement anti-fraud/anti-money laundering measures.
Conduct team evaluations and set performance metrics.
Requirements:
5+ years in fund management & security; crypto/blockchain expertise.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and cross-team coordination abilities.
Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese is required
