Office Clerk

A premium Italian food supplier in Macau is currently looking for an Office Clerk.

 

Responsibilities:

- Provide general administrative and clerical support in the office.

- Answer phone call and reply email.

- Resolve customer's problems and complaints.

- Process sales order and enter data into the computer system.

- Prepare document and contract.

- Do translation if required.

- Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

 

Requirement:

- Chinese and English speaking and writing (at least able to read)

- Proficiency in computer handling, word processing, MS Office

- Active and outgoing, multi-tasking, with good team spirit

- Candidate without any working experiences is also welcomed if you have positive learning attitude
