Mixologist

Job Responsibilities:
 
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails with precision and artistry
Interact with guests in a professional and engaging manner, taking orders and serving drinks and light snacks
Plan and present the bar menu in collaboration with the bar manager
Check guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
Stay guest-focused and nurture a refined, memorable guest experience
Comply with all food safety, hygiene, and beverage service regulations
 
Job Requirements:
 
Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
Strong understanding of spirits, wines, and cocktail techniques
Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar
Relevant training certificate in food safety or alcohol service 
Fluent spoken in Chinese & English
