Manager/ Director/ VP of VIP Gaming Business Development - Asia

A prestigious international gaming and entertainment group is having a new expansion project in Asia and looking for an experienced and outstanding Business Development and Casino Marketing professional to join and be part of the VIP Gaming team.
 
You will be responsible for developing and implementing the marketing strategy of VIP Casino Marketing/ Player Development of the assigned countries within the region. You will require to develop a strategic plan to proactive approach, build and maintain high value VIP customers.
 
Ideally, you should be a visionary and entrepreneurial marketer who has knowledge of VIP gaming Business and experience in a similar role in VIP Casino Marketing/ Player Development, with extensive connection to VIP/ premium customers in Asia.  You must possess exceptional planning, analytical and conceptual problem solving skills, excellent communication and proven relationship building skills. Strong business acumen with a proven commercial track record and evidence of growth in driving a high performing VIP casino marketing/ Player Development team is desirable.
