Know Your Customer Specialist

One of the world’s largest online betting company is currently looking for Know Your Customer Specialist based in Makati, Philippines.

You will be responsible to Initiate and process KYC for customers who hit normal KYC verification triggers, communicate with customers on document requirements and answer general KYC inquiries to increase customer satisfaction, first contact resolution, and service level agreement, achieve individual and team KPI targets.

Ideal candidate should hold a Diploma; knowledgeable of KYC/AML concepts and best practices; good judgement & decision-making skills; ability to work autonomously and as part of a team; willing to work on shift; good command of written and spoken English and Japanese.
